The Business Council for Sustainable Energy (BCSE) – a coalition of companies and associations from the energy efficiency, natural gas and renewable energy sectors – calls upon governments in Paris at the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP 21) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to deliver a clear, concise, durable and ambitious climate change agreement. A new agreement can leverage growth in clean energy deployment and deliver the ambition, investment and innovation needed to meet the challenges of mitigation and adaptation.
