The Business Council for Sustainable Energy (BCSE) is a coalition of companies and trade associations from the energy efficiency, natural gas and renewable energy sectors.

The BCSE Clean Energy Partnership

Business leaders from the energy efficiency, renewable energy and natural gas sectors formed the Business Council for Sustainable Energy in 1992 to advocate policies that support a diverse portfolio of energy options in the US and ensure access to affordable, reliable and clean energy solutions.

Energy Efficiency

Advancement in building efficiency technologies and new financing models have increased US energy-productivity.

Natural Gas

The technology innovations in the natural gas sector have lowered natural gas prices and have resulted in 2014 being a record year for both natural gas production and consumption.

Renewable Energy

Renewable energy technologies have seen sharp cost reductions and have opened up new market opportunities.

The Council’s members are strengthening America’s energy future and creating American jobs in every state of the country.
